Processing principles
We follow lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
Data collected
Information you provide may include your email address, optional name, password stored using cryptographic hashing, preferences and favourite stores, and company details such as name, tax ID, registration number, website and phone. Automatically collected data may include IP address, browser and device information, visited pages, time spent, clicks and code-copy actions, cookie identifiers, consent preferences, errors and security logs.
Purposes and legal bases
Providing accounts, authentication and saved preferences relies on performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Service improvement, abuse prevention and security rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Newsletter marketing relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a). Responses to authorities and legally required records rely on legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c).
Cookies
Cookies support essential operation, saved preferences, analytics and optional marketing. Manage choices in the consent banner or your browser settings. Necessary cookies support sessions and consent records. Preference cookies save settings. Statistics cookies measure usage, for example through Google Analytics when enabled. Recipients may include hosting, email and analytics providers, public authorities where required by law, and affiliate networks or merchants when you follow their links. We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing without consent.
Retention
Account data is retained while the account exists and removed within a maximum of 30 days after deletion. Security logs are retained for 6–12 months on the basis of legitimate interests. Cookie preferences are retained for up to 12 months. Newsletter data is retained until unsubscription.
Security
Measures include encrypted transport through SSL/TLS, modern password hashing, access controls based on minimum necessary permissions, updates and monitoring.
International transfers
If we use providers outside the European Economic Area, transfers use appropriate safeguards, such as European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, together with risk assessments.
Children
The Platform is not intended for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Contact us for deletion if a child has supplied personal information.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests or marketing. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Use the contact page to exercise these rights; we will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
You may complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) if you are dissatisfied with how we handle your data. Its website is anspdcp.ro.
